Happy Saturday!

I apologize for my completely negative post yesterday.  I’ve decided to pull up my big girl pants and get over it and move on.  I did go a bit crazy and ate all of my weekly points yesterday in one day.  But I didn’t go over my allotment  and I tracked every morsel (including the doughnut and DQ ice cream cone) so I feel like that’s a big victory.

Then this morning I got up early and ran.  That’s really a miracle for me because #1 I hate getting up early.  #2 I hate running (but I’m working on loving it).  #3 I hate the cold.

It was only 30 degrees but I got myself outta bed and ran — ok jogged — 3 miles.  Until recently I have never been able to jog more than 1 or 2 minutes at a time without feeling like my lungs were going to collapse…. so I really have to celebrate that non-scale victory right now.

I also ate a healthy breakfast and pre-tracked my meals and snacks for the rest of the day.  So I’m good to go!  Here’s to a better day, and a better attitude!
