I got a kettle bell for Christmas last year (as in …. 2011, not this past Christmas). I used it once and about died from exhaustion.
But since then I’ve dropped a bit of weight and become a lot more fit, so I thought I’d bust it out and give it a try again — this time with the help of our good friend Jillian Michaels.
All I can say is… Ouch! Wow… what a workout! I’m gonna add this to my fitness routine and see if it works like it feels like it does.
